Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of use

The following items are NOT eligible for return

  • Customised or engraved items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@vashiaura.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vashiaura.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
