Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order total:
USPS Ground Advantage

| Free shipping | Orders over $75 |
USPS Priority Mail
| Rate | $12.99 |
| Estimated delivery | 2–3 business days |
| Free shipping | Orders over $150 |
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3pm CST or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not order date. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holiday periods
- High volume periods
5. Order Tracking
Track your order at:

- usps.com
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbours and building management
- Wait 24 hours — deliveries are sometimes marked early
- Contact us at hello@vashiaura.com within 7 days of delivery date
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Address changes after order placement are not guaranteed.
